NAME: Masayoshi Zeno
AGE: 29
GENDER: Male
QUIRK NAME: Vampire
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: Mutant
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Vampire, as a quirk, works much like the title stats. With this quirk, Zeno gains access to a newly developed natural weapon: sharp fangs in place of canines. With these weapons, he can use them to pierce the skin of people and use it to obtain what his quirk needs to function: blood. By consuming blood, Zeno's combat abilities enhance, raising his natural speed and strength. For his blood consumption ability, he is able to convert blood from any human being and convert it's nutrients into energy immediately, as the stomach has developed to consumed thick liquids and move it out towards the body quickly, while other liquids and solid foods take time to be broken down.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: While he can receive a hefty boost from his quirk, it functions on a time limit based on how much blood he managed to consume. Unfortunately, even if he managed to get a large sum of blood, his body can only take in so much nutrient before being at maximum performance, in which his body will not allow him to take in any more for an extended period, which means this quirk is an all or nothing type attack which can be spread out equally for a duration or be used at high power for a short time.
Put on a timer, this power last up to an hour at the normal amount of power (100%) , but in order to exert double power (200%), it shortens the limit signifigantly. Should he stay in that doubled state, the power will last only about 5 minutes. Should he choose, he can suppress the power (up to 5%), too, to make it last longer, but unfortunately, even weakening it heavily only gives it about a max of 2 hours time.
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power: 2
Finesse: 1
Stamina: 2
FLAW: Due to his hatred of his father, comparisons made between Zeno and his dad will led to an angry fit. Whether or not the person knows of Zeno's father or not, any similarities sends him into a frenzy, and with higher frequency of those alike comments, he moves into a blind rage, where he usually ends up trying to use all of his power to punish the person making said comments. This can include a direct comparison to his father or calling Zeno what he sees his own father as, so a monster or a freak.
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND:
Zeno was nothing more than a working class child in a working class family in a small town in Japan. As a child, his mother and father had always had different views as to what they should do to get out of the hole their family was in, often leading to arguments about the morality behind them. When Zeno was 4, his dad stopped listening to his mother. One night, he burst through the door with a backpack full of cash and a wild smile on his face. Zeno’s mother, furious at first, threatened to call the police, but after the reveal of the money he nabbed, she gave in to the method he had chosen.
After the money had been secured, the mother moved on to college to secure a job as a physician while his father began to study stocks. Moving away from home to lose suspicion, the three secured a new home in an apartment in Musutafu. Nine years in the passing, Zeno’s family account began to rise in heavy numbers, this time with legal money. The family began to grow a fortune in the bank, and with that same money, they began to plot a program that would make them tons of money: They built a personal office. Inside the office, Zeno’s mother set up a program that administered Physical Therapy to patients, while in the lower areas of the building, Zeno’s father built a small lab to work on predicting the stock market. In the meantime, Zeno faced homeschooling, often separated from his family and left with teachers, babysitters, and even sometimes, alone.
As the family fortune began to rise, Zeno found himself in more and more isolated scenarios. With his parents building an empire in a single building, they would continue to expand their PT services all across Japan. In the shadows, though, the greed was far greater in Zeno’s father. Before long, a slave ring began to develop under the buildings, in which people would be traded for devious purposes. Before long, the family was making a fortune and worked all the way up to modern class and then to the upper class.
One fateful afternoon, when Zeno was 18 and after his mother died in a fateful accident, Zeno’s father revealed this secret to him and offered him a chance for a slave of his own, hoping to replace the mother he never knew in the first place. Without the guts to say no to his own father, he was delivered to the original PT building and brought multiple stories down to a room that held multiple people in captivity. After a long and painful look through, Zeno eventually noticed a girl that was near invincible, except for when he approached, and she became more apparent. She was far too young, only five years old with manners of a sophisticated woman after being pushed over the edge. The pain he felt brought him to pick her. Since then, he raised her as a daughter, teaching her how to be a normal person in public.
A few years later, Zeno ripped money from his parent’s account and ran away with Kana, the girl he saved. Living in an apartment on the other side of Japan, the two hide away from the monster that was Zeno’s father. Eventually, when Zeno was 25, news hit that his father has been arrested and the businesses had been shut down. Unfortunately for Zeno, his name was still connected to the family and he was pinned under false accusations. Put into a prison cell to rot, he lived in the confinement under poor conditions for 6 months, being treated like a murder and a scumbag. Being pushed under the constant pressure that it was his fault and that his life was destroyed for nothing, his brain began to break down logic to near nothing. Before long, his rationality was shattered and he vowed to get revenge on the system for ruining his worth. Once 6 months passed, though, Kana broke into the prison and bailed the madman out, delivering him to an alleyway where they made a pact to see out a new future where their new family would rain justice over the evil in the good and the good in the evil. Before long, they bean devising a plot to send, not only Japan, but plunging the world into anarchy.
At the age of 29, with his family’s bank account still under his name, finally began to make a move. Buying out an old, lightly used arcade out, he established a base of operations for what to do in order to move his plan forward, but in order to recognize it, he would need allies and a name that would help him conquer the world. From there, he deemed himself the Devil’s Advocate, from which he would support the world’s destruction of itself by stoking the flames from the background.
CODE NAME: The Devil's Advocate

TITLE: Akuma, DemonAGE: 29

QUIRK NAME: Vampire

Should he choose, he can suppress the power (up to 5%), too, to make it last longer, but unfortunately, even weakening it heavily only gives it about a max of 2 hours time.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: As with vampire's natural deficiency to light, Zeno operates in the same way. Being exposed to light dilutes his power, reducing how powerful his body can get. In broad daylight, this can get so bad that he can receive no benefit from his quirk at all.
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power: 2
Finesse: 1
Stamina: 2
SUPER MOVE: Tacito: Meaning "Silence" or "Mute," this attack is an all or nothing punch at full power after consuming a very large sum of blood. Whether there be a knife in the mix or just a normal punch, this punch aims all of Zeno's remaining time limit into taking down the enemy with one blow
COSTUME: Medical Supplies: Equipped with bandages, gauze, threads, needles, water, and spare bags of blood, he's ready to tend to his teammates wounds! ... Or drink the blood himself.
EXPERTISE: Medical Studies: Thanks to the little time he spent with his mother and some medical classes after running away, Zeno knows well how to tend to wounds and how the body functions.FLAW: Due to his hatred of his father, comparisons made between Zeno and his dad will led to an angry fit. Whether or not the person knows of Zeno's father or not, any similarities sends him into a frenzy, and with higher frequency of those alike comments, he moves into a blind rage, where he usually ends up trying to use all of his power to punish the person making said comments.
