Shigeru's Quirk Factor: 3/0/2
Shigeru certainly hasn't expected this. An invitation to come to one of the most isolated places in the entire world, Tartarus. He had been given the impression that they just wanted him to consult on some sort of medical matter involving one of the inmates. That was all well and good, he supposed, but Shigeru did think it a terrible waste of resources. Treating and safeguarding villains who only took and never attempted to reform their ways... there were better uses of his and everyone else's time. And why not? A simple anesthetic is all it would take. Or a touch. Shigeru flexed his gloved hand. Then, their bodies could be put to use. Organs were a valuable commodity and thousands of good people were dying waiting for them.
Shaking his head, Shigeru pushed those thoughts to the side for the time being. It wouldn't do any good to raise a fuss. Besides, he had his own reasons for coming here. A morbid curiosity, he supposed. But... He had never ascertained the whereabouts of the Villain that had crippled him and caused the activation of his quirk. Adaptation? It didn't matter. He just wondered if it was because they were here. He could probably find out that much. At the windowless buss that he was riding in came to a stop, Shigeru stood as a guard entered the bus and beckoned him to exit.
Without further prompting, he disembarked. The reception area was as cold and uninviting as he had expected it to be. No, perhaps that was wrong. It exceeded his expectations. There was a profound sense of dread hanging over the entire complex. He found it fascinating. It must be rather taxing to actually work here in shifts as the guards did.
"My, my."
Perhaps unusually, Shigeru was not the only guest who had arrived on the bus. It was not what he would have expected from a facility so secret and so secure. Perhaps they were some pro hero come to check up on an old nemesis. It didn't really concern him. With some prompting from one of the guards on duty, Shigeru drew his gawking to a close and headed inside of the facility.
