NAME: Kashikoi, Tsukuri
AGE: 17
GENDER: Male
QUIRK NAME: Micromanage
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: Mutation
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Micromanage is a rather straightforward Quirk - it grants Tsukuri the ability to effectively and efficiently concentrate on up to three separate tasks at once, big or small. While normally dividing ones' concentration often leads to diminishing returns in work, his mind is capable of operating in such a way that as long as he has the means to do so, he can work on three tasks with the same concentration as if he were working on a singular one. 'Tasks' can range anywhere from holding a conversation, to eating, to working on a project or homework. Micromange also allows Tsukuri to 'keep' focus on tasks that he currently can't see, working on something within reach without having to look at it.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Tsukuri can effectively 'micromanage' tasks for up to two hours straight for three tasks, and three hours for two tasks. After this time limit has passed, he experiences an increasingly worsening headache and the loss of the ability concentrate on separate tasks, turning him into what amounts to a Quirkless human.
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power 0
Finesse 3
Stamina 2
FLAW: Contrary to what you would expect, audible music is capable of disrupting his focus when heard, not allowing him to focus on more than one thing at a time as long as it is louder than 'faint'.
APPEARANCE: Standing at 6' 1", Tsukuri is far, far above the average height of most fullblood Japanese. He boasts a rather bulky physique, appearing more akin to a weightlifter than an inventor. He sports whitened skin, naturally gray hair, and heterochromia (brown and black). An advanced prosthetic functions as his right hand, with the same strength as a normal limb.
BACKGROUND: Some people are born with extraordinary and powerful Quirks with the capability of bringing great justice or great evil. Tsukuri was not.
Born a modest, working-class family with a modest Quirk, he was destined to live an average life in an increasingly unstable and powerful society. Even from a young age when his Quirk manifested, it was not a life-changing event like it is for so many other children. His already impeccable grades only came easier, and he got all his work done quickly to spend even more time lazing about or tinkering with kid-friendly construction kits. Even the hero fad that had such a tight hold on kids didn't really phase him.
While other bedrooms were filled with merchandise and posters, his was relatively bland colors, scrap metal, and books. He wasn't necessarily anti-social but just didn't connect with the people his age in a meaningful way. He wasn't popular, but he wasn't bullied. Tsukuri lived as a 'background character' for years until he became a teenager. Middle school was both an expansion of his hobbies and a swing in his mood and perspectives. Tsukiri's skills as an inventor only grew, the boy making test gear and gadgets alarmingly close in quality to actual manufacturers.
He still didn't wish to be a 'Hero' per-se, but going into the Support Gear industry was the easiest and also the only legal way to continue his hobby further into adulthood. Taking a bit of a morbid interest in seeing just what his 'inventions' could do, Tsukiri could switch from being a 'normal and bland' person to a cold-blooded and manipulative one on a dime, eager to see how his things harmed Villains rather than how they helped heroes. A mix of saved money and stellar grades got him accepted into U.A.'s Support Course, wherein he has spent a year getting acquainted with the fact he'll be working with 'heroes'.

QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: Excessive noise, brightness, or sickness will all take up a 'task' slot, leaving him with one less to concentrate on. Additionally, nothing is stopping his focus from being broken by traditional methods - annoyance, lost of interest, etc.
QUIRK BARRIER (Students ONLY): After having only done only up to three tasks at once over the years, Tsukuri has 'locked' himself into the mindset that this is his true maximum limit, and cannot be pushed further. As it stands, he is incapable of focusing on more than three things simultaneously and must stay at a 'normal' speed.

EXPERTISE: INVENTOR > A seasoned engineer when it comes to both slapping metal together and wiring it up, Tsukuri has spent most of his life and early time at U.A. working on inventions and gear. He is extremely gifted, and given the time and resources is capable of creating awesome tools for Heroes to use that can incorporate into costumes or be wielded separately. FLAW: Contrary to what you would expect, audible music is capable of disrupting his focus when heard, not allowing him to focus on more than one thing at a time as long as it is louder than 'faint'.
