QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Sato's quirk allows him to create Acupuncture needles out of thin string. The needles upon hitting the target may control the emotions of the target, the desired emotion must be thought of before shooting the needle. Due to the needle not being connected to the skin of the user Sato can not control the trajectory although he may still output the desired emotion.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Sato's quirk Acumotion can only create a select few amount of needles. Due to the needles being made from string he keeps within his body the supply is limited. Sato's string may create about 15 needles before he runs out of string entirely. When running out of strings his arms lose feeling and go numb and unusable. On top of the numbness any extra use will cause Sato to become incredibly drowsy. Sato's quirk can also only bring out emotions being hidden away, such as sadness or fear. This would cause an outburst of that emotion that lasts around 5 seconds. Although range is a factor, after 20m this part of the quirk is completely useless. The affected emotion can only be controlled to the extent of becoming the dominant emotion felt.

APPEARANCE: Sato is quite big, he stands at 6'3" and weighs in to be 165 lbs. He normally wears bright pastel colors and has his hair kind of long. His villain getup is the absolute opposite though. He wears full black with exoskeleton like arms and a mask that covers his entire head.

She realized that they needed food and stopped at the bank on the way home. Although during the withdraw a villain took her hostage to rob the bank. After a long clash with the police she inevitably ended up dead. Sato and his brother Susumu didn't know why a hero didn't show up to save her, they just let her die.
Sato swore to himself that he would be rid all heros since they didn't save anyone anyways. Although his work wouldn't stop there, villains are just dirty cruel bald monkeys to him as well. Villains took his mother so he was also gonna take their life as well.

QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: Sato's quirk works best under pressure points and can only penetrate the normal skin of a target. To presume is someone had a hardening quirk the needle could not penetrate. Costumes can pose a big problem for Sato if they cover pressure points throughout the body and getting them under the costume can be incredibly difficult with no control after being shot.

COSTUME: ACUMOUR > As Sato draws near to using all of his needles he has an exoskeleton like support to help his arms move even while being numb.
EXPERTISE: Sato coming from a magician father and a actress mother can trick almost about anyone. No one knows about his occupation as a villain except him. His sleight of hand and skills to act are both on par with that of his parents.
