QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Jack can use his quirk to turn objects into vehicles, or make them into motors or various car parts. It consumes the gas that he needs to consume much like a vehicle himself. Depending on the fluid he drinks he creates different vehicles from objects. (Ex. Motor oil makes land motor, jet fuel makes turbines, etc.) He can also upgrade whatever vehicle he is currently operating, it will cost him more of his own fuel however. This quirk combined with Jack's knowledge of all things that go fast makes him an excellent get away driver hence his new code name.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Jack creates engines but the bigger and stronger the engine he creates the more fuel it will cost him. The biggest engine hes been able to construct so far has had enough power to bring him to speeds of over 200mph(322kmh). However he was only able to go at top speed for about 2 miles before falling asleep and desperately needing fuel.
He needs a lot of this rare fuel to make something big as a crop duster plane however so he usually settles for a slow and small helicopter. For big jobs he can make helicopters that are able to airlift cargo via sky hook. The maximum weight he is capable of lifting via chopper is 1500lbs (680 kilograms).
He can also build very small motors within objects to small to be vehicles, throwing them as unpredictable projectiles. These projectiles speed and power vary between what they are created from. For example a pen thrown like a dart with a small turbine within would fly at speeds of about 10mph(16kmh) but only travel for about 15 yards before sputtering out crashing. They also slow down as they travel further and further, within 12ft (3 1/2 meters) of range being strong enough to nearly kill somebody, and anywhere beyond that only giving them a bruise.
Jack almost always sticks to land vehicles because of their superior mileage and power, but in a pickle or for big jobs he has relied on his ability to create flying vehicles. His max speed on land is 200mph (322kmh), and 75mph (120kmh) by helicopter or small plane. At these speeds his mileage before needing a refuel is 2 miles on land, 5 miles by turbine, and 12 miles by helicopter.
This mileage get better depending on how slow and efficiently he designs the motors. This however is only when he isn't in a rush and can control his emotions. When getting impatient or creating something on the spot his vehicles sometimes turn out inefficient. This also applies to the small turbines and motors he creates to use as projectiles.
He can only consume and use 10 gallons of gasoline, or 5 gallons of aviation fuel at a time. Jack also can only create what he has knowledge to build himself. He has been building cars his whole life but hes still figuring out the trickier vehicles in his arsenal, meaning he sometimes creates a broken vehicle leaving himself stranded.

He also feels very dehydrated and unhealthy when he hasn't had any fuel or oil much like a person who has dehydration. Even his physical form seems to sputter out like an engine with no fuel to burn when hes too exhausted.
He's been known to fall sleep behind the wheel when hes reached his limit.

He usually pairs a t-shirt with this ensemble but the only mainstay in his look is the cocky smirk he is always flashing. He has blonde hair in a wild cut, and is usually wearing aviator sunglasses even at night.

"What do you mean all the circuits!?" Shouted Jacks agent. "It was only one article!"
"One's all it takes." Jack said his smirk still etched across his face. "I spent what 12 years in these races now? Flying, circuit, drag, hell even go carting."
"Exactly so why are you letting one little news article end your career!" The agent shouted exasperated. "Just because your quirks out doesn't mean everyone thinks you're not number 1!"
"True." Smirked Jack as he slipped on his jacket. "But I've got a bigger fish to fry now. And it's just a bonus that I get to rub it in all those hero loving journalists faces when I win."
"What are you planning Jack, what else could be better than the world circuit?"
"See it's simple. People think I only won because my quirk. Now I'm gonna show them what my quirk is really capable of."
"But who will you race, and on what track?" Said Jacks agent, his stressed expression turning to one of fear as Jack turned and met his eyes.
"Simple really, the world is my track now. And I'll prove to everyone that I'm the fastest one driving in it!" Jacks calm smirk turned to one of lunacy as he grabbed his agent by the collar and pushed him against the window. "I'm gonna run circles around the top heroes! Then no one can say I'm not the best, quirk or no quirk!"
"Wait what do you think you're--" Said the agents as he was tossed out and through the window by a motor attached to his jacket.
Jack was never heard from again, but a wild and crazed new villain has made his way to UA's doorstep and hes got something to prove.

SUPER MOVE: NITROUS! > Jack uses the entirety of his remaining fuel supply to pump nitrous into whatever construct he touches. It's a devastatingly powerful attack but he is completely drained of energy and falls asleep for at least 30 min.
COSTUME: RACING JACKET > Jack wears a leather jacket that contains modified model planes and cars that he has added small amounts of fuel into them attaches motors to them in order to be used as projectiles.
