NAME: Ono Momo
CODE NAME: Featherfall
ALIGNMENT: Villain
TITLE: The Great Raptor of Japan (Which would be her title upon getting enough stature).
GENDER: Female
QUIRK NAME: BIRD
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: MUTANT
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Ono was born with the quirk that mutated her into something more avian-like. She has arms for wings and feet that resemble that of bird talons. She can fly with her wings, being able to reach up to 10,000 feet in the air and her wings are immensely strong, having to support her weight and whatnot. Her talons also act as weapons during combat, being as sharp as daggers… but sadly, she can’t wear a pair of normal shoes.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Whenever she is running out of stamina or one of her wings are just a little broken, her flight height becomes halved (5,000 feet) or lower, depending on how broken it is. If completely, then she cannot fly whatsoever. If both wings are broken and she lost ALL her stamina, she is unable to fly and must resort to the ground. Depending how damaged she is or how long a fight is (say she's been flying for about 6 posts, or in this case a hours, she begins to get a little fatigued while up in the air. But after 30 or more minutes (2 more posts) of flying, she has to go down to nearby land and catch her breath for, say, 5 or so minutes (which takes one or two posts) depending if she had SOME stamina left or ran out completely). If her wings are broken though, she won’t be able to fly until they fully heal.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: She cannot fly whenever her arm is broken. It is also difficult to pick up things considering she doesn’t have fingers or hands in general, and she must rely on her feet to really pick up stuff. She cannot fly above 10,000 feet, and if she does that she’ll just exhaust herself and/or begin to lose her breath. Her lungs were designed for a specific height, so going over might harm her. If her wings are broken she cannot, obviously, fly or use them! If her wings were to get covered in water, she’d also be unable to fly (or at least have a difficult time doing so) and have to dry herself.
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power 1
Finesse 2
Stamina 2
COSTUME: The main color palette for her costume is white and black, using whatever color that resembles jet planes. Her costume consists of decorative metal, with an engraving “FEATHERFALL” right in the middle of the chest. Underneath that she wears a green jumpsuit, with the legs being torn up a little bit mostly because the legs were a tad bit long on it. The most notable bit about her costume were the long blades attached to the top of her wings; two individual blades that begin from her shoulders to the tip of her wings. It’s the most useful part of her armor, for she uses it during fights and such. To top it all off, she wears a dome-shaped hat that curves downward to her nose… and just for the cool factor, it hats a spike sticking out from the very top of said hat.
EXPERTISE: Blade combat. Being from the military, she had a lot of training when it came to battle. Her main expertise however involved knives, which she had a fascination towards ever since she was around her teens. She can expertly wield bladed weaponry, even being able to accurately throw them just using her talons as hands, or even her mouth.
BACKGROUND: Momo, like most children with quirks growing up, loved heroes and wanted to be one themselves whenever they grew up. They had a lot of ideas for their hero costume, what they would do, and all kinds of stupid crap. If it wasn’t obvious enough, Momo would be one of the few children that realized that being a hero was stupid. Momo grew up in a household that would be defined as ‘dysfunctional’, which include having a drunken mother and a poor childhood. Her father wasn’t around mainly because he died from a freak accident involving a battle between a hero and a villain, and this was what began her hatred towards heroes. She loved heroes during her younger years, but later on realized that they didn’t care about the citizens they protected and ONLY cared about their fame and glory. It was a bitter hatred at first, which would only get fueled after she was kicked out of the house.
The reason why she was kicked out? She didn’t feel like grabbing more liquor for her mother. Yup. Whenever that happened, she honestly had hoped that a hero would come and help her… but that wouldn’t happen. She was left alone in the streets to fend for herself, being forced to rob people of their money and snagging food from vendors whenever nobody was looking. It was a crappy life, but it worked. Later on in life she’d join the military, but after a good couple of years of service, she’d later get out of that lifestyle for something more favorable.
The life of crime.
Even military life was boring. She wanted excitement; she wanted money; she wanted glory. In order to do that though, she had to be a hero… and she did not want that. The only choice she had was to be a villain, and boy was it fun. Momo didn’t have to follow this code of ethics nor did she have to worry about any backlash from some idiot dying. All she had to do was just get whatever she wanted by force and not earn it the ‘hero’ way.
Speaking of heroes, not only did this lifestyle made everything way easier and funner, but it also invited heroes to come try and stop her. Not only did this give her the chance to have some more fun, but she can finally have some revenge for the crap they put her through. If it weren’t for heroes, she would’ve lived a great life and even became a hero herself.
Pffft, as if.
Momo would adopt the name “Featherfall” as her codename, which was a nickname given to her during her military days. She’d spend her days as a villain; getting what she wanted and cutting down any ‘heroes’ that got in her way.

SUPER MOVE: Deadly Dive > When all else fails, just cut down the enemy. Ono only uses this move whenever she is wearing her costume, which has various blades attached to it, especially across the top of her wings. She dives down towards a foe from the air in record speeds, her wings outstretched so that the blades on her wings are pointing straight in front of her and, presumably, her enemy. Whenever she does this move, she tries to cut her opponent in half, and if that doesn’t work, she repeats this two more times before having to stop for she’d lose too much stamina.
FLAW: Tendency to squawk. Due to her mutation, she carried a bit of bird in her- a lot of bird to be exact. She’ll sometimes squawk out of nowhere or when she’s flustered. It’s hard to act all villainous when you randomly squawk in the middle of a sentence.
Brittle bones. Due to her mutation quirk, the bones around her arms resemble that of a birds. Due to this, her arms can easily be broken and she can be tossed around pretty easily, for she is pretty darn light when it comes to her weight.
APPEARANCE:
Description: She is about 6'10 (208.28 cm) overall height, usually towering above the average person. (Appearance will change once I can get original art. For now, have Monet from One Piece)
