QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: TRANSFORMATION
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Nero's bodily cells contain more electrons than average cells, and his brain similarly has more electrical impulses than the average brain. Perhaps by evolution, he was born with an affinity for technology and an easy understanding of how it works. Nero's biology, physiology, and mind are so intrinsically tied to technology, that he is capable of temporarily adding machines to his very body through touch.
Upon touching a piece of hardware or software, Nero can command his body to 'assimilate' the object. His skin will enter a goo-like state that covers the piece of equipment he is currently touching. Once the skin has fully absorbed the object, he can command that piece of technology from the inside of his body, even slightly reshaping the device if needed. He can also allow the device to protrude out of his skin, if it's being used for armor or as a weapon, but can't change it's original form too drastically. Thanks to the extra electricity inside of him, he can also turn on and off 'triggers' of objects he's absorbed. These triggers include power buttons, on/off switches, and actual triggers.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Given that the human body can only be so much machine, the maximum weight Nero can assimilate is 50 lbs worth of technology. He can also only assimilate three different objects at a time, even if they weigh below 50 lbs added together. Additionally, Nero can remain assimilated with technology for up to eight hours (Out of combat), however physical exertion can cut this time down greatly (1 hour in combat). After that he will need an eight hour rest, which doesn't have to mean sleep. Taking damage in combat can cause pieces of assimilated technology to fly off his body. Finally, assimilating too many objects too quickly can be very draining, and assimilating larger objects can take more time.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: In order to use this quirk, Nero has to have a piece of hardware or software available to him. Nullifying quirks cause him to 'spit out' everything he's assimilated. Also, assimilating an object above 19 lbs requires a full post to assimilate, during this time Nero is more vulnerable to all forms of damage.

SUPER MOVE: I Am Machine > Once per topic, Nero can take a random assortment of hardware/software and assimilate the objects into a massive arm cannon! The ammunition this arm cannon fires is based on the assimilated objects. If it was mostly hardware, then a huge cannonball! If it was software, it could be a massive lightning bolt or sonic ray! The arm cannon falls apart after use, and increases Nero's needed rest time by 4 hours at the end of the day.
COSTUME: Nero's costume is very minimalist, as his skin needs to touch objects to assimilate them. He wears a tight fitting tanktop, grey cargo pants with knee pads, and a set of leather boots. For it's function, the tanktop is made of a special fabric that allows things to easily protrude through it. This means he won't be ripping that shirt, even if metal is coming through it.
EXPERTISE: Nero is a hardware expert. Given that his primary method of attack is assimilating weapons into his body, Nero has taken the time to study all sorts of hardward. This ranges from guns to power saws to electrically powered melee weapons.
FLAW: Nero can be very rash and impatient, letting emotions get the better of him. He can easily be baited into traps by villains, and will occasionally overlook consequences of running into a fight headstrong.
APPEARANCE: Nero appears to be a very muscular man in his 20s who is around 6 feet 2 inches tall. He weighs around 210 lbs, but most of it is pure muscle. He also has dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Before the boy even reached the age of one, Nero would be adopted by a scientist and his wife. Given the scientist's love for ancient cultures, he would name the boy 'Nero' after the emperor. Nero would grow up in a mostly normal house hold, but his father would have to constantly move thing out of reach so the boy wouldn't assimilate them! His powers showed up early.
By the time he reached the age of six, he was the coolest kid in town thanks to his quirk. It was more advanced than most, but also require a ton of energy to use. One time after using his quirk too much, Nero slept for an entire day. As the boy got older, he eventually decided to join the military and put his quirk to good use. Though basic training was rough, the young man understood weaponry better than anyone. He also happened to be one of the most athletic people in the base.
He would serve three long years there before eventually taking a gunshot wound to his left shoulder. After returning home, he decided to join the hero program, and continue to help society. Being in the military allowed him to skip many classes he would have otherwise had to take. Once he graduated, he would be sent off on several missions that all lead to combat in some shape or form.
Now, he prepares for yet another mission. Hopefully it'll be an interesting one.
