Even villains had to eat. Yukan was no exception. So, he found himself at a grocery store, pushing a cart along as he walked through the aisles. He was thankful that he had kept his identity hidden. It would be astronomically more difficult to acquire food and other basic necessities if his normal identity was wanted. He didn’t understand how other criminals could flaunt their true identity so brazenly.
If someone were to look at Yukan without his costume, criminal would probably be one of the last words a person would use to describe him. He looked like a normal japanese citizen who led a relatively average life working an office job for some company. He was handsome, well dressed, and obviously in great athletic shape. He was relatively easy going and friendly with strangers and his neighbors. If someone were to judge him by his appearance, they would probably assume he was just a friendly stranger. Sociopaths were rather good at keeping up false pretenses.
Currently, he was dressed in dark jeans and a nice dark blue shirt. He wore a light jacket due to the rather brisk December weather. He idly whistled while looking through the shelves. He had plenty of money, but he wasn’t quite sure what he wanted just yet.
He tossed a few items from the fruit section into his cart and made his way over to frozen produce. He picked out some chicken, beef, and other various products. Continuing along, he stopped near the frozen pizzas.
He knew they weren’t exactly healthy, but he liked his pizza. He had a special affinity with frozen pizza too. Restaurant pizza was still good, but there was something about frozen pizza that was great. Still, eating healthy was important. It was vital to staying in perfect shape, but he knew he should reward himself sometimes.
The man stepped back from his cart and into the middle of the aisle. He stroked his chin as he considered all the pizza options before him. He really couldn’t make up his mind.
