QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Masami’s nervous system has been made a powerful weapon. She can store and release electricity from within her body, and is capable of generating electricity just by rubbing her hands together. Whenever she touches something, the electricity stored within her body is released! She cannot release it willingly however, only being able to release the electricity whenever she touches something or someone. The strength of the electric shock can increase dramatically as well against foes that are soaked in water. The way she releases the electricity stored within her is through touching something with the underside of her hands, and her entire body can absorb electricity with no harm whatsoever.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Her body utilizes her nervous system, which had changed due to her quirk. She has a set amount of electricity within her body that she can use if she hasn’t absorbed any other sources of electricity. If she uses her natural electricity, she will immediately be paralyzed and sent into a coma. If she absorbs too much electricity however and releases it, her hands will most likely break and burn.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: The biggest downside for her quirk is the fact that whenever she releases the electricity from her body, she has to generate more of it. Another downside is the fact that she cannot release it willingly, meaning that whatever she touches, she will shock it no matter what with the electricity she had stored within her at that time. It's also exhausting having to release the electricity stored within her, so she can only shock people for a few seconds just to conserve her energy, as well as conserve the stored electricity.

SUPER MOVE: CLEAR! > Masami rubs her hands together rapidly to the point her hands begin to spark! She then grabs the nearest person or object and releases a powerful jolt of electricity, using all the electricity stored within her in the process to fry whatever she is touching!
COSTUME: Car battery and jumper cables. She carries a jumper cable and a car battery everywhere she goes. She attaches the cables to herself and the battery whenever she needs to charge herself up! She can only charge herself up once before having to get a new one.
EXPERTISE: Masami knows all things electricity, or at least can tell what’s conductible or not. While she is a spoiled brat, she took the time to study how electricity works, even knowing what objects utilize electricity or produces it.
FLAW: Masami easily gets flustered whenever someone throws her a compliment. Whether it be from a person she views as cute or just some random person who just liked her hair, she will grow flustered immediately. Usually she would be unable to do much of anything and, if she was fighting someone that complimented her, she will be very reluctant in shocking or harming them in general.
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND: Masami was born into a family of primarily fish-based quirks, with her father having an eel-related quirk and her mother having a electricity-related quirk. Her family was also really rich, believe it or not! Masami was an only child, and thus was spoiled with toys, treats, new cars, and everything else imaginable! She was spoiled beyond belief with toys, being treated like a princess.
Later on in life at the beginning of her teen years, she would soon find out that she isn’t able in getting what she wanted. She found this out whenever she went out shopping with her dad, and apparently they couldn’t afford a new boat… so because of that, she’d throw a tantrum of the century. That tantrum would cause a random bystander to be sent into a coma, and after dealing with some legal trouble, she’d realize that she couldn’t get EVERYTHING that she wanted.
Usually a normal person would just realize that and continue on, hopefully growing up in the process and realizing that life doesn’t offer you things on a silver platter.
But she wasn’t a normal person. She believed that to be something that shouldn’t happen, and that EVERYTHING should be hers, no matter what. Not only that, she views herself as true royalty, so defying her from anything would result in harsh consequences. Out of the blue, bringing bags filled with money, she’d go out to the streets and begin her journey of villainy. If she couldn’t have anything, then she can just get it through force alone. She would grow up with this sort of lifestyle, still believing herself to be some sort of princess…
And soon-to-be queen.
