QUIRK NAME: SENSORY MANIPULATION
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: EMITTER
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: In essence, he can either dim or enhance senses of the human body. In order to activate this on another person, he must first have skin-to-skin contact. This is due to his quirk essentially being able to interact with nerve endings and neurons in this body. Make someone's vision go nearly out? That's due to him being able to block nerve signals from the eyes. Make someone lose hearing? Block the nerve signals from the ears. He can even use this to enhance sensory effects, like make his hearing better, his eye sight better, or even smell better.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Basically, Kichirou may either impair one sense for a longer amount of time,roughly 25 seconds, or impair two at a time with less impairment on the senses (ie, less blind and less deaf than if he were to only impair one sense) He can manage to keep the dual-impairment up for roughly 10 seconds. If he exceeds his limits on time, then whatever nerve signal he was trying to manipulate on the other person ends up impairing him at a worse rate. For example, when he makes someone lose only their hearing for 35 seconds, the effects on the other person will stop and instead make him completely deaf. The backlash effects on him will last about 5-10 minutes, depending on how long he tries to impair the other's senses.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: He can only manipulate sensory effects. He cannot boost abilities (ie strength, speed, etc.) And in order to use the quirk on others, he must have some sort of skin-to-skin contact. Can't touch the skin? Can't use the quirk. Also, at the moment, Kichirou may only manipulate sight, sound, and smell. He may not control whether you feel pain or can taste things. This may change as he becomes more powerful.

COSTUME: His costume consist of a gray jumpsuit, black hood, and a teal/purple mask resembling a jester. His sleeves are sewn together to make finger less gloves and on his right arm, in between two pieces of sturdy fabric lay a grappling hook. There is a hole big enough for the hook to shoot out of and can extend up to 50 feet. Once it's attached to something, Nakarah may pull the item to him (if it's light enough, that is. 2 pounds max) or pull himself to the thing. For example, assuming he's on ground-level, he shoots the grappling hook at a roof ledge and he can be pulled upwards.
EXPERTISE: Jujitsu A master in the martial art of Jujitsu, Nakarah can use its tricks with ease. For example, he knows how to knock weapons out of hands, make foes go to their knees with little movement or energy, and counteract others physical attacks (not quirk based unless quirk only gives strength boosts).
FLAW: Kichirou has a severe fear of dogs. Anytime he sees a dog he is frozen in fear and unable to move.
APPEARANCE: In his normal attire, Nakarah tends to wear simple tee shirts and jeans/shorts (depending on the weather). His skin is paled, as if he doesn't get enough sun. His eyes, a radioactive green, are typically concealed by dark sunglasses. Nakarah's hair is of a direct opposite color to his green eyes, a deep plum color.

His childhood was fairly normal. He'd always loved watching the heroes on the television, rooting for them to defeat the bad guy. From an early age, he declared to his mom "I'm going to be a hero!". His parents, albeit skeptical as he didn't have the strongest quirk, completely supported him.
When he was 8, Narakah's father, a master of ju jitsu, began training his son in the art. The boy proved to be a natural at it, seemingly getting the moves down almost immediately. He later fully mastered the art by age 15.
While honing his skill in martial arts, Nakarah was devoted to his roles as a student. He'd long since decided that UA was the school for him. Every moment of his life revolved around the idea of getting into UA so he could become a cool hero. A great hero. The best hero he could be. Countless nights staying up till just hours before he had to leave for school, studying or honing his martial arts.
When the time finally came for him to take the entrance exam, he was ready. No doubt would he ace the written portion, but the physical part worried him. When Nakarah first heard he'd be fighting robots for points, he already knew he had the disadvantage.
