U.A. HIGH SCHOOL
A big part of My Hero Academia is, of course, the academics. While U.A. High School features general courses, support courses and management courses, My Hero Academia RP will focus heavily on the Hero Course. THE HERO COURSE
You've managed to pass the entrance exam and proven yourself as a worthy student for U.A.'s Hero Course, a regime known to producing the best Pro Heroes in Japan, and possibly the world. Within three years, this course promises to turn you from ahopeless bystander into a (licensed) titan of justice!
We at MHARP do not want to make roleplay feel like work, so school-related threads and homework won't be mandatory. But.
Twice a year, students will have to sit EXAMS! For the Hero Course, this will mainly be about testing their burgeoning heroic potential.
The current dates for exam week are as follows (subject to change):
20th - 27th of January (2020)
3rd - 10th of June (2020)

LESSON IDEAS
As stated above, most of the threads between teachers and students will not be prescriptive; we don't want the site to feel like work. However, here are some class ideas for hero students! In addition to regular subjects of study, such as Mathematics, Sciences and Literature, Hero Course students can expect the following, in no particular order:
FOUNDATIONAL HERO STUDIES - what it means to be a hero
QUIRK COMBAT - learn how to utilise your Quirk in combat scenarios
NON-QUIRK COMBAT - learn how to fight without the use of your Quirk!
QUIRK PE - use your Quirk to enhance your exercise and fitness
NON-QUIRK PE - get fit or die trying!
VILLAIN PSYCHOLOGY - why do villains do what they do?
HEROIC PHILOSOPHY - why do heroes do what they do? What systems of morals and ethics should professionals abide by?
FIELD STUDY - go out into the city and assist a licensed professional, taking notes and watching how they go about their day
TEAM HEROICS - how to effectively work as a unit, focusing on communication and Quirk synergies
FIRST AID - how to treat wounds and make sure damage is minimised
SEARCH AND RESCUE - how to rescue trapped or injured people in Incident zones, be they fallen heroes or civilians
QUIRK STUDY - find out how your Quirk works, and how other Quirks work
BRAND MANAGEMENT & PR - how to manage, maintain and make the most of your superheroic identity
PUBLIC SPEAKING - learn to talk to people. Lots of people.
HOMEROOM CIVIL WAR - a cross-year, cross-homeroom brawl between two teams of super-powered students
COSTUME DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE - the importance of conceptualising designing complementary costume functions. Crosses over with the Support Course students
Different teachers and teaching assistants may step in for different parts of these lessons.
Many of these lessons will also involve trips outside of the U.A. grounds, to areas around Musutafu City and beyond!
