Seikatsu had done it. ...Well, not the biggest 'it' he could've done, but the 'it' he was doing now was still something to celebrate. In his quest to remove the roots of a Yakuza sect from power in his section of town, he had finally bribed, stolen, and lied up to gather the information necessary to identify and locate an important lieutenant in the organization. In the eyes of the law, the man was crystal clean - seemingly a normal and hard-working citizen who worked a nine to five office job, same as most people his age. Nightmare knew better. And now, with everything in place, it was the perfect time to try and spring his trap.
Garbed in his crimson cloth and deathly mask, Nightmare had perched himself atop the tallest building closest to the tracks, crouched and near-invisible against the total darkness of the new moon. The Yakuza, Benri Shiryo, was more than likely aboard the transport - coming back to his safe house after a night of dealing with the black market smugglers where the crime syndicate received their guns and other illegal material from. Normally, his philosophy forbade the murder of anyone. Killing Heroes would be detrimental in the long run, Killing Villains reduced his ally pool, and the Illegal Heroes... hm. Perhaps he should reconsider his stance on them.
Regardless, the point was that as a Yakuza member Shiyro had no chance of being useful to Seikatsu... except in death. His untimely demise would definitely be a blow to the Yakuza sect's authority structure, being that he was dealing with smaller and much more personalized groups instead of the concept of the crime syndicates as a whole. The local group couldn't have more than twenty members, two of them being lieutenants and one being the 'boss'. A loss of a third of their leadership could be just the disarray and chaos he needed to dig up even more information on them.
Soon enough, he heard the telltale rumbling of the train taking the bend, Nightmare's tendrils extending all at once as he prepared himself. Right as the vehicle passed by, he leaped from the rooftop towards the back cart. Latching onto the moving vehicle while the rails themselves were in the way proved a bit difficult, and for a moment Seikatsu was sure he had been about to slip. Using three of his tendrils while his arms held his body to the cart, Nightmare forced open the back door, rolling inside the empty holder. Most of the riders (there shouldn't be many) would be towards the front.
Unfortunately for him, the doors were designed to not open when in motion - a shrill alarm filling the air as Seikatsu muttered a cursed. If he was even more unlucky, a nearby Hero might mistake the alarm for a naturally occurring incident, swinging by to make sure the citizens were safe aboard the vehicle while it was fixed. ...Nightmare was now on a timer before someone inevitably showed up to ruin his day. Tearing open the first door, he passed by a single startled businessman. There were about three more carts until he would reach the front.

Target: Benri, Shiryo
Goal: Assassination
Location: Suspension Railway Car, outskirts of downtown

Nightmare is attempting to attack and murder what 'appears' to be a normal citizen on a train on the city outskirts. To heroes/vigilantes, this appears to be a Villain attack on the public transportation system and the endangerment of civilian lives.
