It wasn't often that Seikatsu chose to cast aside the mask of Nightmare to wander the public eye as himself. His true visage, exposed for all to see. Pale, gaunt, and lanky - he truly was an outcast in terms of appearance among the regular populace. His short, oily black hair was set in a comb-over in an attempt to salvage what little presentability he had. It'd never be enough to actually blend in fully, but he at least didn't look like a complete walking corpse at this point. As was expected of every working man not in the hero industry, Seiktasu wore a simple gray two-piece suit and carried a nondescript black briefcase at his side.
His goal today was not to attend to an office job, however. The Villain in disguise was hoping to purchase a piece of data off the hands of a... rebellious Yakuza crew member. It was expensive, very very much so. Money wasn't even an afterthought when it came to acquiring more information on his prey, though. Seikatsu wanted, borderline needed, to resolve this personal incident discreetly soon in order to advance his own plans forward. If he couldn't do that, he'd have to do it a little... louder. An actual plan of violence wasn't preferred - Nightmare having only recently fully recovered from the bank fiasco.
Annoyingly, traffic seemed to have stopped - Seikatsu glancing over the shoulders of the miscellaneous civilians to see a Villain fight in progress. Resisting the urge to hiss, he sat back and simply decided to wait. How inconvenient that a glorified showboating event would block everyone's passage to their jobs. Which... was what this was. The Hero - some sort of man with metallic claws - could've long ago ended the fight. He didn't, of course. Had to make it flashy for the corporate sponsors after all.
