NAME: Yamada Kokoro
CODE NAME: Araneae
ALIGNMENT: Pro Hero
TITLE: N/A
AGE: 41
GENDER: Female
QUIRK NAME: SPIDER
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: MUTATION
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Kokoro has the mutation of a spider. This means that she has the upper body of a human and a lower body of a spider. She has four spider legs for her lower body and six arms for her upper body. She can scale up walls like a normal spider, and obviously she can create her own webs. Kokoro can also release a venom through biting someone, but she rarely does this for the venom itself is extremely potent if left untreated (and she hates the idea of killing someone to begin with).
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: Her biggest weakness is quite literally bug spray. Yes. All you have to do in order to beat her is quite literally grabbing something that’s only a few bucks from the store. Bodies of water is also one of her main weaknesses as it makes it difficult to, well, swim! Basically anything a spider is weak against, she is also weak against it. Releasing too much of her webbing can also take a toll on her, especially after her SUPER MOVE, which drains her the ability to release webbing until she rests (which occurs in the aftermath of the thread of course).
Power 1
Finesse 2
Stamina 2
SUPER MOVE: Web Prison > Kokoro expels most of her web supply to subdue a target within a web cocoon! It will stick to the nearest surface and is extremely difficult to break out of. Heat can easily burn through the webbing however, as well as just cutting through it. Even then it will create a great deal of effort in breaking through it.
EXPERTISE: Baking. Koroko had always enjoyed baking ever since she was young! She can bake up a mean batch of cookies as well as a tasty cake. While her job is being a Pro Hero, she has a side job in which she works as a baker.
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND:
Koroko was born into a family of bakers. It was obviously a family business, meaning that almost everyone in her family helped with the baking and the gathering of supplies. She was the youngest sister growing up, and being the youngest of the family she experienced a great deal of love and support from her family. It’s what made her the loving, kind-hearted woman she is today, but even then that kindness can just disappear. Like all good things, it had an ending- apparently her father had been relying on a gang to help the family business running, and it turned out that he didn’t have enough money to actually pay them for all the years of support they had given.
No, he wasn’t ordered to be killed or anything like that. When little Koroko returned home from a day of school, she’d come back to the remains of the family bakery. There were police cars scattered around the area, with most of them inside with the rest of her family… or at least everyone except for her father. He was beaten up too, though luckily the wounds he only suffered were just a broken leg and a few bruises here and there. He’ll be fixed up and ready to come home within a week, but Koroko didn’t exactly feel better even hearing the good news.
She hated the fact that the guys that beaten her dad up gotten away, and not only that, but her family was unable to get everything repaired because of how trashed the place was. So she and her family were forced to take on different jobs… and as for her job, she’d take the job as a hero. She was young when all this happened and was still in school, so she’d train herself in becoming a hero until she was finally accepted into U.A. She managed to get through it with flying colors, soon enough becoming a Pro Hero at around adulthood.
Years would go by, and soon she’d managed to save up enough money she made being a hero in order to fix the Yamada’s Family Bakery, which she now helps every now and then whenever she isn’t too busy being a teacher for U.A. High and a Pro Hero.

Venom Symptoms: Sweating, fever, stomach pains, swelling around the bitten area, intense pain, chills, sluggishness, dizziness. There is also a chance that it could kill someone if left untreated (though obviously that is with the victim's permission. This can be easily treated for a few days (if anyone chooses to do that) through just over the counter medicine. There is an anti-venom however that gets rid of the symptoms almost instantaneously. The venom takes effect
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: There is a limit at how much webbing she can release, and when that limit is reached, she becomes really tired as well as really hungry. It requires a lot of effort to actually weave and shoot out webs, and whenever she reaches her limit, she usually becomes sluggish as stated earlier. Each strand of her webbing she releases is about 300 feet each, and she could release just about four webs worth of strands before she starts feeling fatigued. Whenever two of arm legs are broken however, she cannot operate properly whenever it comes to moving around too. As for her main weakness, it is bug spray… and it can make her terribly ill or even possibly die, if given enough. She can only release her venom twice in a single thread too. As for how long she can remain attached to a surface, she remain attached for hours.

COSTUME: Koroko’s costume consists of a latex purple suit that covers her entire upper body ending where her lower body begins. It has a spider design at the chest, and there is a small compartment behind her suit that contains the antidote to her venom. Whenever she is forced to bite someone, she will make them drink this to reverse the effects. There are only one bottle of it however…
FLAW: Too nice. There are times where Koroko shows too much kindness towards an individual, like if a villain and they were committing crimes for their (possibly make-believe) family, she’ll believe it! She easily can feel empathetic towards anyone, but obviously that changes if she were to be stabbed in the back immediately after finding out she was tricked.
Koroko is about 7'3" in height and at around the thousands when it came to her weight. She has the upper half of a humanoid and a lower half of a spider. Her upper half has six arms and her lower half has eight legs.
