QUIRK NAME: "SHEER FORCE"
QUIRK CLASSIFICATION: Emitter
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: "Sheer force allows Miguel to increase somethings force, and exert that force- so yeah, pretty simple. Whether it be increasing the force of a thrown punch, or applying force to a ball and causing it to rocket across the room, Miguel's quirk is generally pretty good. The way It works is that whenever Miguel breathes, SCIENCE PARTICLES are created within Miguels lungs, which then travel throughout his body. When he exhales (while applying some sort of force such as gripping, pushing, etc.) the force he chooses to exert becomes multiplied. The powerup differs with the amount of air exhaled. For example- At MAX, Miguel can exert enough force to instantly leap to the top of a 6-8 story building and lift small vehicles like golf carts into the air (though this wouldnt happen very often, as these examples would all require him to exhale most of the air in his lungs out at once). It should be noted that this is not a general "super strength" quirk, as it does not make the user any stronger physically. It merely creates and amplifies existing force, So amplifying the force in ones chest wouldnt make their chest invulnerable to a knife for example (ironically it'd probably amplify the force of the knife being plunged into his chest, as the force would not have been applied in any direction before then).
These special SCIENCE PARTICLES do have their downsides though... a passive, permanent downside infact! These particles irritate and inflame Miguels airways, causing him to (whenever his quirk is being used for a prolonged period) develop an "asthma-like" condition. This can be somewhat treated with a specialized Inhaler, but these inhalers are expensive and have to be specially made for him after every use, so for the most part- this side effect leaves Miguel completely unable to use his quirk if he overworks himself too quickly"

QUIRK POWER LIMIT: Miguel can use his quirk for "decent" amount of time if he paces himself properly- But in the case that he'd have to use his full power for the entirety of the fight? He'd last maybe 2-3 minutes (probably less) before becoming completely exhausted- being left wheezing and out of breath (and essentially out of the fight). And to specify- the specialized Inhaler he possesses would, at that point, probably allow him to use his quirk for one more post. In terms of actual "power limits"- as specified earlier, the max he could do is big lifts, huge leaps, and stuff along those lines (with a full gasp of air being exhaled in the process). Miguel can somewhat accurately control just how much force he adds to any action, but it also depends on the complexity of what he's trying to do. If he's trying to use his quirk to power up the flames of a jetpack, that's significantly harder to do than to just make his punches hurt more. Using about half the air in his lungs will grant him feats around the level of punching concrete and causing it to crack/crumble (with a decent amount of effort) and completeing the 100 meter dash in around 3 seconds. As previously discussed, This quirk does not make the user invulnerable. If Miguel amplifies/adds force into his chest, that wont stop a bullet from piercing right through. HOWEVER, It's different if the bullet was met with a strong enough opposing force (an amplified punch for example). Assuming the punch somehow lined itself up perfectly beforehand, the punch's amplified force would take most of the impact, instead of Miguels fist (though the bullet would still hurt a decent bit). But on that topic, there is also the fact that alot of the stronger stuff Miguel can do (move super fast for example) is stuff that he himself cant react too all that well. Again, this quirk is not a powerup quirk, and amplifying the force of you jumping into the air isnt going to make you able to react better to instantly being 50 feet in the air.
QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: Miguel has to be able to exhale in order to exert force, so by proxy, he'd need to be able to breathe. Underwater without scuba gear, in space without a space suit, in a gas filled room without a gas mask, these are all places he wouldnt be able to use his quirk in. Even if he could breathe in one of these cases (specifically the gas filled room), acts like coughing can completely mess up the amount of concentration and effort needed to properly use this quirk, and so regardless, he'd need some sort of respirator to properly use his power past the inital exhale in dusty places and whatnot. Being exausted also basically puts him out of the fight for a bit, as previously discussed.
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power - 3
Finesse - 1
Stamina - 1
SUPER MOVE: Herculean Power!!-
"Taking one long, slow, but steady stream of air into his lungs, and with his fists tightly clenched- the mighty Centurion's body begins to emit a radiant, almost divine golden glow. While basked in this glow, Miguel can temporarily use his maximum power throughout his entire body without nearly as much of a need for oxygen or as much strain on his lungs, and he does so, blitzing forth towards whatever enemies lay in his way and prepareing to absolutely pummel his foe into the ground."

COSTUME: "Centurion's Costume is styled after a roman legionary, his body armor mimicing that of the roman soldiers of old (with the exception of his futuristic mask and the full golden spandex)"
It also contains a "Specialized Inhaler". After a somewhat costly probe into the cause of Miguel's asthma-like reaction (at Miguels request), the government was able to come up with an inhaler of sorts which allows him to aleviate some of the negative effects of his quirk and allows him to carry on the fight for a bit longer. This Inhaler is activated by the press of a button on the mask of the Centurion Costume and specifically allows him to fight for one more post if previously unable to do so.
EXPERTISE: "Expert Swimmer"- The main drawback of Miguel's quirk was the need for oxygen and its immense drain on stamina- so early on, Miguel did the only thing he could do to try and alleviate these issues... he joined his schools swim team! Training his body to endure harsh physical activity and building lung capacity on the side, Miguel also unintentionally became famous nationwide, winning multiple school competitions and breaking many records along the way. He became so well known, a few UA scouts ended up finding him and enlisting him into the proud ranks of UA students

FLAW: "Not so smart..."- Unfortunately, Miguel isnt the brightest tool in the barnyard. Apart from basic math, reading, science, etc- He's completely clueless and really just relies on his fists to do the talking for him alot of the time.
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND:
(Excerpt taken from an unaired interview between Tokyo News and the hero "Centurion")
"My story starts on a certain, well know island nation... you probably know which one i'm talking about... Wait No- Not Japan... I meant Cuba..."
"... Eh... Anyways, My story began in the city of Havana. I was born almost 20 years ago, and the place still looks pretty much the same now as it did then. Crime laid in wait wherever you turned, abandoned chevrolets riddled the streets... but really, my city had it good. The rest of the island was uh, how you say- "chaotic". Though, as I grew older, things got a bit better. We got aid frome nearby countries and slowly started to re-establish order and whatnot. The media labeled it a "victory for the people of cuba!" but really, nobody was happy. Neither was I of course, But I was just some kid with no hopes of ever making it out in the world."
"... And that was sortof when I started to think- "Well what if I became a Hero... eh? That'd be a cool little way to make money"....Heh- I had a pretty decent quirk, so i figured "why not" and got to work. Unfortunately, I realized that my power wasnt all too great pretty early on, turns out It gives me "severe asthma-mathic sytmptoms" or whatever the doctors called it... and i didnt really find out about that until I got my ass kicked a few times, heh..."
"I was pretty bummed out about it for a while acually... but one day, I decided to slap myself across the face-"You... are Miguel Jose Fernandez Flores, And you are not a quitter!!" I told myself.. heh... I looked in the mirror and everything when I did that. Then I just sorta... tried to fix things I guess?
"...Everything after that went by so fast man... I became a real good swimmer, best in the whole dang country- and then some UA guys show up out of nowhere and offer me a free ride to one of the most prestigous schools in the world for heroes... Can you believe that?! HAH, and they thought I would join general studies too when they gave me that reccomendation, What a bunch of jokers!... Ahhh... And let me tell you something... I went into that school and on my first day until the day I graduated, I had no clue, not a single one about what they were teaching me. For the normal stuff I mean, The hero stuff was easy obviously- But god man... I had this uh, this one friend who said- "I'll let you copy my work just for today..." ...And I ended up copying that mans work for the rest of our time together at UA, every single day! HAHAHAHA....... hehe... That man was the only reason I graduated I swear... I've gotta pay him back one day..."
"But yeah, uh, back on topic... Wait actually... I think that's it? no yeah that's it... I only graduated last year so uh... yeah... What was this interview for again??"
