QUIRK POWER LIMIT: As Sticky Fingers only allows the users hands and arms to pass through objects Mr. Fowl is unable to grab objects that are deep within containers are contain by particularly thick walls.

In addition he always wears white gloves and a fetching white top hat. Finally, to complete the outfit a pair of circular orange shades and a cane with a goose head made of silver.
