All Quirks have raw output and operational or technical limits. Some of these can be subverted (not erased) through Adaptations, but starting characters will be hampered.
QUIRK POWER LIMIT: This is how much your Quirk-user can Quirk before they can Quirk no more. Please be humble. What happens when they run out of juice? Do they become comatose, crushed by pain, lose their voice, etc.?
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power 1
Finesse 3
Stamina 1
FLAW: What permanent and actionable weakness does your character have outside of their Quirk? This could be something like crippling arachnophobia, the inability to swim, being horrible at math, etc. It doesn't have to be monumental, but it does have to be actionable by yourself and others and consequential during the shared story.
APPEARANCE: Give us a general idea of how your character looks here. Pictures and/or descriptions work for this.
BACKGROUND: Souji's story was a rather cliche one. Being born to a relatively normal family, Souji's life up till two was rather uneventful. His father's quirk was the ability to change his skin colors while his mother's was liquid manipulation. Hitting two and a half, Souji's quirk happened to be a mixture of those two. Happening rather suddenly while playing in their living room, Souji suddenly began dissolving. Screaming at seeing her child melt, Souji's mother flew into a panic. Calling several medical professionals and her husband, Souji's remains were quickly gathered and examined. It wasn't until a few hours later that the multi color goo that the doctors had collected had started to exhibit signs of movement. Calling his parents, the doctors informed the pair that their son was fine and that what had occurred was simply the manifestation of his quirk. Rather relieved at that news, Souji's parents asked when they would be able to pick up their son. Silence was the response for a few seconds as the doctors revealed to them that they likely wouldn't any time soon. Perplexed, the two of course asked why.
Sighing as he spoke, the doctor explained to them that even if their son was alive, he couldn't control his quirk which left him in the puddle like state he was in. Hearing that news, his parents were slightly disheartened but they were determined to not give up. It took them a night to make up their minds but with renewed vigor they came to conclusion that they still wanted to try to raise their son at home. Upon phoning up the medical facility and dictating their desires, the hospital conceded to their wishes.
Throughout the whole ordeal it wasn't easy. It took several painstaking years but finally at the age of seven they were able to get Souji to concentrate on maintaining a human form indefinitely. Of course he was still but a single color of blue since trying to use multiple ones were hard, but that was the least of their worries. With him finally able to resemble that of a little boy, normality finally seemed to return to their life. Things were once again happy in their household.
With the success they achieved, Souji's parents didn't want to waste any more time keeping Souji out of school. Even if he started late, they still wanted to provide Souji with as much of a normal childhood as they could. As time passed bye and the school year began, both Souji and his parents were excited for the new chapter in their lives.
That excitement immediately died however as Souji found himself quickly alienated from the other kids. When asked what his quirk was, Souji was more than happy to show his classmates. A couple of them found it cool how he could change into a ball of a goo but those two hardly spoke for the rest of his class who found it disgusting. Goo boy soon became his nickname. It would stick with him all throughout elementary school. Determined to change that however, he continued to try and train his concentration and control of his abilities.
When he turned thirteen, Souji was again excited for the change of pace in his life. During the six years he spent in elementary, he had finally perfected controlling what color his body had appeared. Using that he was able to replicate the skin appearance of a regular person would look like. With that done, he entered high school ready to reinvent himself.
Initially things went well. With his charismatic smile, Souji was quickly able to climb up the social ladder. He was approachable, easy going, and overall just a mellow kind of guy. Most people really seemed to like him which for the first time made him feel accepted. It wasn't until an incident in his junior year that it all came crashing down. While at a game for his high school's basketball team, one of the players lost control of the ball and sent it flying into the spectator bleachers. Not really paying attention to the game and chatting with his friends, Souji was struck in the face with the ball which sent a shock through his system. Slime splatted out everywhere and covered almost a dozen people closest to him. Momentarily losing focus, the ball, that was now sunk into his face, caused him to revert back the sky blue he had originally donned. Stunned by the suddenness of everything, Souji quickly pushed the basketball off his face and looked at everyone around him. Looks of disgust surrounded him and Souji quickly fled the gymnasium.
From there on out, Souji's high school days were over. Shunned as being disgusting due to covering people in 'himself', Souji listlessly lived those last two years with zero friends. Initially, Souji was overwhelmed by the response he received from those around him. Yet thanks to them, he came to revelation. People were pieces of shit. Including himself. Yearning for the acceptance of others was idiotic. What was the point in living for others? They were all superficial fucks anyway right? Of course he hadn't been any better but that was why he was done with it. He was tired of trying to conform to this society's perception of what was right. If he was disgusting, fine. He was disgusting. He didn't care anymore. If society wanted to cast him out, so be it.
He would find his own way to live in this fucked up world.
After High school, Souji moved out his parents homes and started to rent his own place. He found a job working at a local convenience store which paid like garbage but was relatively easy. To supplement his income he usually executes small jobs both here and there to make ends meets. Most are non-violent robberies so as to not draw too much attention to himself.

QUIRK TECHNICAL LIMIT: When or where or what can your character not Quirk? What can stop them from Quirk-ing? Is their Quirk unwieldy?
QUIRK FACTOR:
Power 1
Finesse 3
Stamina 1
Quirk Factor refers to the natural characteristics of a Quirk. Power refers to raw output potential of a Quirk. Finesse refers to innate control and manageability. Stamina refers to prolonged use and resistance to negative effects of their Quirk. You have five (5) points to distribute between these attributes. A Quirk might be powerful but lack of Finesse, or have a variety of uses but be exhausting. Eraser Head's Erasure could be 3/1/1, for example; he has a strong ability, but only the one application and a low usage limit. Consider your description and limits when assigning numbers here, as the Quirk Factor will inform all combat.
SUPER MOVE: NAME > Description. Every character may start with one (1) Super Move, a once-per-thread special technique where they use the full potential of their Quirk in a dramatic manner. May be offensive, defensive, or supportive.
COSTUME: Your Costume has style, but it's also got function! What one (1) function does your costume have? This could include redirecting your Emitter into something useful, a SCUBA apparatus, Kevlar padding, etc.
EXPERTISE: Slight-of-hand magic. FLAW: What permanent and actionable weakness does your character have outside of their Quirk? This could be something like crippling arachnophobia, the inability to swim, being horrible at math, etc. It doesn't have to be monumental, but it does have to be actionable by yourself and others and consequential during the shared story.
